Steve is originally from New York City, where he got his BBA in Accounting from Baruch College (part of the City University of New York). His original CPA certificate is from New York State, but he received a reciprocal one from California in 1974. He opened his practice in November of 1977 in Campbell, and it has been growing ever since. He has experience with small businesses and computers, and was certified by Intuit as a Quickbooks ® Advisor. He has worked with many businesses in many varied fields.
He has been in California since 1972, and is active in community affairs. He is on the Board of Audiovision, Inc., a provider of descriptive audio for the visually impaired, and is Treasurer of both the San Tomas Neighborhood Association representing about 3,000 households in Campbell and the Tall Club of Silicon Valley, a social club for women over 5' 10" and men over 6' 2". |
